ERICKSONIAN HYPNOTIC PATTERNING

Erickson’s hypnotic genius was a major influence on NLP’s development, enabling people to access hypnotic states which, support deep and lasting change. Erickson gave us the notion that the unconscious mind is the ‘store-house’, a place where resources are located and by utilising hypnotic protocols, this ‘store-house’ can be opened up. This provides a dynamic interaction between conscious and unconscious processes, to create life balance and achievement.

A major premise of Milton Erickson’s work was that people get stuck in their problem states because they are out of rapport with their unconscious mind, the place where resources are stored in abundance. In this course, you will be learning Ericksonian processes for state enhancement in clients, paving the way for the unconscious resources to be available where there were once problems

This course is open to people trained in NLP, to a Practitioner level or above. This is required as this course will focus on deepening understanding of the work of Milton Erickson and as such, previous training in NLP is required.
