How to capture, code and present patterns of human excellence
7 August - 3:00pm - 5:30pm UK with Michael Carroll
Attend this MasterClass and go straight to the heart of NLP modelling. You will learn the key processes for completing successful modelling projects and then testing the success of what you have modelled through teaching to others.
As with the other MasterClasses, this class begins with the NLPedia Study Set where you will experience a presentation from Michael on epistemology, related to modelling. He explains the core of NLP and the different mapping processes which occur, from the sensory data to the linguistic systems, and how we as human beings form subjective experience for our own unique maps of the world.
When we conduct a modelling project we use the know nothing state to replicate the mapping processes of the individual we seek to model. In doing so, we capture the state and the language systems, which allows us access to a similar internal representation of that of the expert.
Michael then takes you through a detailed description of the Grinder/Bostic 5 step modelling process, as outlined in Whispering in the Wind. This gives you, the Model of Modelling, your step by step recipe to conduct your own modelling projects.
Also in your NLPedia learning, you will observe and listen to Michael as he teaches a precise structure on how to present a modelling project to other people. You will learn how to deliver your content so that it can be formatted for optimal learning. This includes, how to use different physiological archetypes to give your presentation more flair and make sure that you have congruency on all your key messages.
In the live two hour stream, Michael will provide you with the latest developments in NLP modelling and demonstrate how to present NLP models. You will also conduct practice sessions in modelling, we will focus particularly on the unconscious assimilation stage for you to have experience of the absorption of the behavioural patterns and the modelling state.
Epistemology, the different stages in the mapping sequence of human behaviour
The universal modelling process, how we filter information
Conscious and unconscious mind distinctions in modelling
Perceptual positions and how they apply to modellig
The history of NLP Modelling
The Grinder/Bostic 5 Step Modelling format
Unconscious assimilation, the know nothing state in modelling
Testing for assimilation of your model by teaching it to others
Practice with the know nothing state
How to present a modelling project
Modelling excellent presenters
How to incorporate different learning styles into your presentation
Modelling physiology, Satir Categories
After this MasterClass, you will have enough content and practice in the live session to conduct your own modelling projects. Most people begin with smaller chunks of modelling, which are easy to test and then evolve to model more complex behaviours and systems.
