Beyond Words, Meta Programmes, Modelling and more
Attend these action packed six days for a deep dive into advanced NLP patterning. This course covers select patterning from the Master Practitioner syllabus, which can be applied across different areas of life from business to coaching, community to education and across any sector where leadership and change work is required.
The course covers core cognitive and linguistic NLP formats which can easily be applied in everyday dialogue, to create conversational change across multiple contexts. The course also goes right to the heart of NLP’s creation, with NLP modelling skills. You will learn how to become a modeller, by applying the Grinder/Bandler modelling format which was originally used to build NLP.
Beyond Words language and Sleight of Mouth are powerful patterns which, when used effectively evoke states of being in the listener which create receptivity and openness to change. These language patterns produce momentum and change, all, at covert level.
This art of conversational change can create those ‘ah ha’ moments in coaching, facilitate breakthroughs in areas of business and allow you to get results with those you work with, through your skillful use of language.
Meta Programmes are deep filters which influence our thinking, language and behaviour across all areas of life. When you know someone’s Meta Programmes, you have a deep insight into the structure of their map of the world. This knowledge provides you with the detail for what drives an individual, how they are motivated, what turns them on and what turns them off, how they make essential decisions and the criteria they use to evaluate important scenarios.
The information you gather from Meta Programme elicitation is of premium value in team building, ensuring that people are positioned for optimal performance, sales and marketing in knowing how to tailor the language within a pitch to suit different audiences, and of course coaching in identifying the Meta Programme structure of how a person is limiting themselves and how to enable alternative thinking structures which embody choice.
Modelling is the core essence of NLP, and in this course, you will learn and apply the format John Grinder and Richard Bander used to capture the genius of Perls, Satir and Erickson and then reformat that genius in practical working models. Not only will you learn modelling skills, you will get the chance to conduct a micro modelling project as part of the course, putting your new skills into action and using an NLP presentation format, your newly modelled piece of work to course colleagues.
The experience you will gain from the modelling exercises will pave the way for you to be a modeller and pattern developer bringing your own modelling projects forward in your personal development and business, as well as the overall NLP world.
After these 6 days, you will have immersed yourself in the learning material above and as a result be able to conduct elegant linguistic interventions using the linguistic patterning covered in the course. This will be tailored to each individual based on their Meta Programme profile.
You will be a better leader, by understanding vital information about others' deep patterns and you will also have acquired modelling skills to capture and share natural patterns of genius you observe in the world around you.
