In MasterClass two you learned how we unconsciously create values hierarchies and structures, in this module you will learn how conflicting values brings a low performance state.
Personal conflict is a massive drain on energy, a key contributor to underperformance and in many cases, a factor that makes people crash and burn. Personal conflict can occur when two sets of highly important values compete for conscious and unconscious attention, creating an emotional overload. This can be seen when there is a disparity between two values in the same hierarchy for example security and freedom, in business context or relationship context.
The conflicts that we experience in life are expressed in our values through the surface structure of language however the real conflict, is experienced deep within our own personalities which have been influenced by life experiences in different developmental periods.

During this MasterClass, you will be learning, how to make interventions which have the most influence on a client’s life. It’s all about gathering precise information and knowing how to use the information with optimal support for the client.
After the interventions have been conducted, you then work with the client with the updated values which naturally emerge and then work with the client to create alignment in their futures.
